Since I was 15 I never use underwear... however I always wear jeans and t-shirts and never had a problem, now I was hired for a job where I need to wear a skirt/suit uniform... The skirt is a couple of inches above the knee... I know I should wear underwear... but I just cant... Should I go panty-less? I think no one would ever notice... what would you think? what are the chances of a upskirt?

I don't wear underwear either and I love it.
However, there are times when a lady NEEDS to wear some. With a dress or skirt, namely.
Try some boycut underwear. they are very comfortable if you're not used to underwear. They sit like booty shorts.
If you REALLY don't want to wear underwear, try putting on hose that have the little panty thing in them. You know, the type with the patch of fabric around the no-no parts.
If that still makes you uncomfortable, try to go without with your skirt suit at your own risk. Also, be advised that if a boss caught on to your comando ways, your job could be in jeopardy.

If you want to wear them, then wear them, if no then don't. It's not really seen as a bad thing any more. And hey, some things are so tiny they hardly count as underwear anyway, so what's the difference.

Good news, and bad news. If you do get upskirted(chances are slim to begin with) chances are that your face will not be seen on any photo. Bad news is that if it happens, you will never probably know about it. But like I said, except for those who might recognize you through that part of your body only

I really, really wouldn't risk it. It's unlikely to happen, but just think how embarassed you'd be if it did by chance! Especially in a work environment...it's a no-go.
If you just hate the way panties feel, you might consider getting some Hanes Her Way bikini cut underwear. I'm a person who turns her pants inside out to avoid seams, and they son't bother me at all. They're really comfortable, no lace, no itchy things, essentially just a cotton panel. Best of all, you can get them at Wal-Mart for about 6 bucks a pack...so if you hate them, nothing lost.

If you're wearing a skirt, you SHOULD be wearing panties. Pick some cotton panties. They're comfortable.
