I want to give my boyfriend, I don't know. I basically want him to be able to have a lot of space, preferably cement to graffiti. I mean, I guess a room would be ideal but that's not exactly possible. If anyone can think of ANYTHING that would work, please let me know.

if he were to graffiti someone elses property he would have to do something the person wanted, for example if one of your neighbors has a wood fence people probibly would love to give him opertunity to practice his work on the inside of there fence with a mural. but they wouldnt want just anything like him tagging it lol, they would be like do a scene with dolphins or mountains , or he would have to make a list of things hes willing to paint an see if anyone would agree to it. and if all else fails go to your hardware store an buy a piece of dry wall, or better yet buy a roll of canvas for makeing outdoor furniture at the fabric store an he can go to town an give them to his friend to hang in their bedrooms

maybe make a concreat wall along a fence line or even easyer get some of those cobble stone like things and line them along a fence or wall and use cement to keep them together
