I used to think I was the only nut that thought it was special....I first saw it in '79.

It doesn't necessarily have a spiritual meaning, I just used to think it was neat. When I was a child, my friends and I insisted that making a wish as soon as the clock turned to 11:11 would guarantee that it would come true.

The first time I noticed it was when I was about 7, I think. And I just noticed it one night.
It's the only number that can be repeated four times in a digital clock. Unless you have one of those that go for 13 o clock and 22:22.
It sort of has a spiritual meaning to me, I guess. Whenever I see it, I put my hands together and make a wish. It's a story that wishes come true when you wish them when its 11:11 and before it becomes 11:12. I don't know where the origin of that is, but it's quite a famous thing with my friends.
