You can, with a special wire that you could probably get at Best Buy or Curcuit City, check the game section or ask a worker

YEs it is to be precise first you must unscrew one of the cpu screws there should be a total of 569 screwed on any way. Then you must take that screw and only that screw and take it to best buy. There you have to go to geek squad and say these exact words..."I've got it just do it for me im serious" you must say it in a stern voice or else the employee will not recognize you or say the password. When they ask for the password tell them "6343738KKMAC" this is the pass for all of the macs. Anyway you hand over the screw and the geek squad employee engineers that specially designed screw into a highly thin and delicate cable that you can hook up to the computer with any gamesystem. But this is only a secret that a few people no... Trust me i worked there back in the day. NO 1 ELSE DOES THIS TYPE OF THING FOR YOU ONLY GEEK SQUAD.

I hope that was helpful to you.

In addition to the tv tuner video card, there is also a video capture device that you can use if you don't have or don't want to purchase a tv tuner card.
