Lots of guys think there are two holes because when you pee looks like 2 streams corkscrewing out. Spread open your pee slit lips, you may even see what looks like two holes. But there is only one, the lower one. The upper one is just a depression, not a hole. The urine comes out in 2 streams or more because the pee slit is forced open by the urine and spreads into 2 streams due to the shape of the slit on many guys. Some guys have such a powerful stream theirs will be just one big stream, but common for many guys to see what you are seeing, and to think there are more than one hole. But there is only one urethra and one actual exit for the urine.

the tip of the penis (the opening atop the head) is called the meatus. it leads into the urethra, from which urine is secreted out of the body.
