When I was a little boy I threw a rock at the kid next door. It hit him in the mouth and I felt like s#!t for a long time after. It still bothers me nearly 45 years later.

Oh yes, and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made and it hurt someone very badly, not physically hurt but emotionally hurt.
