Halley Joel Osment have freckles, and he's real young,lol
And I can't remember their names, but Makulay Kulkin (w/e) has two little brothes, and I'm possitive both of them have some across their nose

Drake Bell (okay well, he was considered young four years ago... but now he's gettin' older), the Sprouse twins, I would say Jensen Ackles but the guy's 28 so I don't think he counts. Can't really think of any others which is sad, because I know there are a ton of young actors out there who have a face full of freckles!

The Sprouse twins have a sprinkling of freckles. It's hard to tell for more actors, though, because they have to wear make-up to look good in the camera. I have tons of freckles, so I'm interested to see what other actors people can come up with.
