im only afraid of mirrors in the dark, dunno why.

People are afraid of unknown...Its same here...Im not afraid of dark itself,im just more careful cause i cant see anything and i get some feeling like someone is constantly there..Its cause i cant see so for every little sound i hear i have 100 different thoughts what it could be....And someone said that he or she is afraid of mirrors in dark...Heh i know why,when we look ourselves in the mirror during night and look for some time first few seconds you will see your face,and then it will start changing into what you actually fear of...Try,you will see...Its because our mind is playing with us...When we manage to realize that and over come no one will be afraid of dark anymore...

i've slept with a night life all my life, im 16 and i am still sleeping with a nightlight...i have no idea why...i guess i am afraid of the unknown...doctors say its because i'm afraid of whats out in the dark....personally...i think its because i'd like to know when someone or something is lurking in my room at night.....

Maybe people are afraid of the dark because people ear what they cant not see,i think that is a famouse quote from some where but im not sure, but i belive it.

Because u don't know whats there, but if u do know whats there ur mind has u think of something coming at u, or might see something that u would be scared of.
