verizon dsl is currently 39.99 but they startig to offer a even faster high speed internet access for 10 dollars more but it is not yet available in all areas because they have not put the Fios wiring up everywhere yet. Which is faster then comcast cable!

Nowadays you shouldn't pay any more than $20 a month for dsl, the prices are getting lower due to the future introduction of fibre optics which can be up to 10 times faster.

May try the link below and see what all available in your area and check their prices. Be sure you read, many may give an Intro rate like $15 and in 6-12 months it may jump to $50. So, be sure your understand the "real" deal.
I changed to a link that may be easier to understand.

Depends on what speed you purchase, and who you purchase it from. I recommend Verizon for any DSL purchase, but Comcast for any cable purchases.

It depends. I pay 49$ a month for it because it's the only one availible for our area. Different companies have different rates for different speeds. Check with your phone company to find out more.

You are going to have to search for what is available in YOUR area. Only certain companies will be in your area, and they don't always offer all of their tiers, it depends upon their infrastructure.
