my friend had a severe case of flat feet and her feet were always in pain until she saw the doctor. they made custom inserts for her shoes and now she doesn't suffer from any discomfort. i hope you can find a solution!

I completely understand!! My feet hurt all the time. I bought from Wal-mart these Dr. Scholls shoe inserts. They are for heels, arches and the balls of your feet, they are light blue in color. They have made the biggest difference!!

Insert gel soles to make wearing shoes more comfortable and wear open sandals like flip flops whenever you can gives ur feet a chance to relax and breathe. GOOD LUCK!!

I appreciated Earth sneakers whilst I needed to stand all day...however maintain in brain, well sneakers price cash. $30 sneakers are not going to be close to as comfortable as well $one hundred+ sneakers. Go speak to Nordstrom--it is going to price extra however they'll be in a position to propose you (and permit you to go back them used if they do not serve your motive).

soak your feet in ice cold water and Ephesian salt 1/2 cup for 1 hour every night it will toughen you feet

You might have spurrs. Its when the bone in your feet start breaking splinters.

you may need better shoes. have your foot measured and the proper supporting shoe for your feet. maybe you need something for your arch.
