Lose them. No one wants a rasta in their office.

Is there some way you can wrap them back so they are not obvious? Like put them into a bun? Do you dress professionally otherwise? Do you speak professionally? Are you "front-office material"? The people where you interview can't tell you, but you should ask your friends for their honest opinion, especially those who work in offices. Or, if you have friends who work in offices, ask if you can meet with their boss and get an honest opinion. It would be a shame to get rid of them and find that people don't like the way you dress instead!

feels like a query I published numerous months in the past. I too, have an insensitive boss. I even have stress brought about pains led to by using stress at artwork. in case you end, you won't be able to get unemployment reward. i might propose which you get unwell back and phone his bluff. If he fires you, particularly once you have a doctor authorized absence, then you definately will maximum actual be eligible for unemployment, and in all risk a civil lawsuit.

I would think it may affect it depending on the type of company you are applying to. One that is professional dress, probably, but casual I think would be fine. I had a tatoo on my ankle i worried about when interviewing in a dress, but i found my niche? in construction where we dress however we want. So, i would say just look at the companies more than your hair.

Not to be mean but it probably is the dreads. You wouldn't be hired where I work because of them.

Get rid of your dreadlocks. They are so yesterday and frankly, not very business-like. Time to look like a member of the Establishment not a Rastafarian!
