It's the name WWE gave her, she did not choose it, kind of like Kenny's last name, that's not really his last name, they gave him that name because another person in WWE has the same last name, so they made one up for him, WWE gives the people most of their names, maybe they felt it fit better because of her debut partner Essa Rios.

most wrestlers don,t use their real names. Lita was givin the name by the higher ups when she came in to make her sound more latin. and they wanted the trade mark.
