Where can a 50 year old woman find other people to connect with on the internet?

I'm disabled so cannot get out of the house and just want other women to communicate with. Thanks for any ideas.

Well, I was going to Email you--I love writing emails and making new friends-- but you don't allow email so how is one to connect with you?
