I want to take a course in cooking but I don't know where to look. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada if that helps. Should I look on the Toronto website? How do I know if a cooking course is a good one? Please help.

there is a cookbook store downtown, Tthe Cookbook store (Yonge street) go in there, tell them what it is you want to learn to cook (what type of cusine ect) and they will tell you where to go. THey are super helpful and the books are devine - website is www.cook-book.com

I know Humber College offers culinary courses. If their prices are anything like Seneca's, it's probably a little over $200.
