Yes I heard that and I am still in shock!!
How could we as a people let something like that happen?
We are still not sure as to the cause of it but I am sure the cause will be anounced as soon as we know what really happened!

It was my cat jumping out of the laundry basket on top of the washing machine. When she does that she bangs the washer on her way down.
