How do you change the bright headlamp bulb on a 94 chevy truck full size?

I can reach the standard bulbs but not the brights.

under the hood //behind the battery on one side there is a 2inch diameter plastic nut,, clamp with your fingers turn left//counterclockwise 1/4 turn //slide nut off pull headlight out of socket and repalce in reverse

If i remember correctly these trucks have 2 tabs one on each side that you pull up and the headlight assembly will then slide forward.
