You said "Most hated MAN." Satan is a spiritual being who has rebelled against his Creator. He's no "man." The most hated "man" would depend on whom you ask in what culture. O.J. Simpson was a lightweight in that department, tho. I'd have thought you'd have picked some bigwig such as Adolf Hitler or Josef Stalin, the kind who kill millions so they can stay in power.
Personally, I think the historical answer to your question is Jesus of Nazareth, surnamed Christ. He of all people has been lied about, misrepresented, and even denied by most people on this planet, and they never even bothered to find out who He really is.

Are you talking about people living or dead?
Satan doesn't count because he's never actually been considered Human. An Angel at one time and now the Lord of Darkness and Evil but never Human.
If you mean someone who's dead or presumed as dead then I believe the majority would say Hitler. Stalin, Saddam, David Creche and Jim Jones are on that list as well.
If you mean still alive I think the majority of names listed before my post are on the list:
Bush
bin Laden
K-Fed (lol)
OJ is on the list but he isn't as high up there as Scott Peterson or Charles Manson
And sadly there are people who still like OJ. The man is always out partying with a couple of chicks pressed against him.

I say George W. Bush! While he has a significant amount of fans in the United States, the rest of the world thinks he is pretty much crazy, and that the US is crazy for keeping him in office.
