Before I start, I'm not against interracial relationships. I'm talking about one case where the woman has a very bad problem.

Okay, I know this white woman married to a Mexican guy with 3 mixed kids, but she always talks smack on how much she hates mexican/black girls and can yap on about that for days. Her 3 kids do not look white at all , they are extremly dark like the father (2 girls, 1 son) and she pretends that they're white and tells them that. I've had a conversation with one of the daughters and she said her mother has no understanding of how she's perceived by people because she's dark, but she refuses to listen to anything the girl has to say and starts yelling at the girls about how they're white, not dark.

Why would you even get in an interracial relationship if you were racist against those not your color? It makes no sense to me and her daughters/son are obviously distancing themselves from her because of her attitude and It's really bothering me

While usually I have the answer to interracial questions, etc. I agree with LPKM, shes crazy.
she obviously has some anger, something that happened to her that she is holding in, or many she has something against her children or their father. If she feels that way she shouldnt have gotten into the relationship, but obviously something happened to her that made her bitter, yet her children are paying the price. Please if possible continue to be encouraging to them, because later in life with the way Mom is going they will be bitter, confused, or just plain go down the wrong path to discover who they really are and it might be too late.

That's not so uncommon. I once watched this t.v show where a member of the kkk had married a black women and had two kids. He considered his kids white and he would still go around calling black people the N-word. It was very strange.

I think the term love is color blind is very true because your blind to the color of the person you love but you still hate the others.

Race and ethnicity are two different things. I'm white with Mexican and Mexican-American friends. They keep trying to line me up with pale skin women. It's a cultural outlook for some people.

Race and the color of your skin is not the same? She is mexican with dark skin, she hates Black people African Americans..... I am mixed with Indian and Black my father is black and mixed with a little of other stuff and my mom is Indian yet my mom tells me all kinds of racist stuff about black people but loves my dad? It is strange I know, she says hes mixed but I just think she is a hypocrite.

Prejudice people can be in interracial relationships, just like prejudice people can adopt someone who is not of their same race. They do it for selfish reasons. Maybe... ... She believed those.. ... ahem... ... stereotypes about Latin lOVERS.
mAYBE SHE WISHES THAT THEY WERE WHITE.
mAYBE NOW, SHE CAN "PROVE" THAT SHE IS NOT RACIST, JUST BECAUSE SHE MARRIED A HISPANIC GUY, BUT SHE REALLY IS.
sHE'S NOT GOING TO HEAR YOU, LET HER GO.
jUST SUPPORT THOSE KIDS AND HELP THEM FIND GOOD WHITE AND MEXICAN AND OTHER ROLE MODELS SO THEY KNOW THAT NOT ALL WHITE PPL ARE LIKE THEIR MOTHER.
iT IS SAD, REALLY.
bUT, i HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN TOO TOO MANY TIMES.

yOU WOULD THINK THAT THE HUSBAND WOULD SPEAK UP, BUT ... ... ... STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENDED

That sounds very sad. you need to express yourself to the mother in a respectable manner but also make her well aware of what she is doing to her kids as well as the choices she made to make this something that she needs to deal with on her own personal behalf and not with the kids

Everybody, especially blacks, already understand this unfortunate situation. Racism. That's the number one reason I think whites should not adopt black children. There are issues between whites and blacks, so I don't think it's fair or right that whites adopt black children. But ppl will still do what they want.

You are right, unfortunately you can't change her. No matter what you say, she is white, and she cannot possibly understand what her children go through. She will learn by her children's behaviour towards the world. Its too bad

- You are absolutely right, in my eyes, through her actions she does not turly have respect for her husband's culture and people, how can you really love a Mexican man but hate Mexican women? Mexican women are Mexican men's counterpart, if you don't like their counterpart how could you truly like him?

That's disrespect
