oil companies are making ALL-TIME RECORD PROFITS... and Republicans don't say:
"hey, maybe they should pay some taxes on it (after Bush basically dropped them all)"... they say "we can't tax them, because they won't pay it, instead they will just raise their prices to keep their profits high"
why don't Repubicans care that these companies clearly care more about money than America... the oil companies could CLEARLY AFFORD TO PAY THE TAXES... so that's not the issue...
they just won't, because they don't have too... Republicans will just blame it on everyone but those that actually should be paying their taxes and have the money to...
what ever happened to civic responsibility in business?
and should I just start passing the buck too?
the oil companies are getting a free lunch right now... and our national debt is paying for it... that's your kids...

I didn't say one word about feeling anything... only them being a responsible American company and paying their taxes... which they pay almost none now...
apparently a responsible American company is an oxymoron now days... and that's what's wrong with America...

singling out oil companies mainly because they had their taxes basically cut to nothing at a time of historic profit... that's a very unique and odd occurance...
did the gas prices drop, when their taxes were dropped? I don't remember that happening at the time? they are finally going down now though...
