Get a drugs dropper and use that obtainable-feed the kittens clean milk. in case you could't arise with a drugs dropper, you should use Q-suggestion, dipp that in the milk and enable the kitten suck the liquid from it. Feed kittens one by one. you'll understand even as they have had adequate in the journey that they provide up sucking. With some lick, you should attempt this only for yet another week or so for the reason that they are 3 wks previous already and could be attempting to success off tender nutrition from a plate quickly. Oh, save them warmth in a field lined with a towel or blanket. Its toooo undesirable about the mother cat... soooo unhappy.
