Yes, I like my Little World. I spend a lot of the my time there, trying to escape from reality, which seems to be unreal at times.

oooh, excellent question. Yes, I do have an active fantasy life, full of what if scenarios. Sometimes though, it gets the better of me and morphs into flat out worry,making up situations that haven't happened in a negative light, and i get caught up too much in that.
Lately, I have been trying to figure out a way to divorce myself of negative self messages which have come to the forefront more and more often. I may have to have papers drawn up and begin proceedings. It will be difficult to divorce myself of this familiar voice, but just because something is familiar and you have lived with it for many years, does not make it good.

I think for me that it is more like I have created an ideal for how my world should be. I retreat there when I don't like the way my world really is. Then I get all disappointed when people don't live up to what I thought I should expect of them. It usually just ends in heartache. I have to force myself to live in reality.

Me too. That's the beauty of imagination. Those of us granted with one of great range know what lies beyond the real world. It's amazing.

i love my little world, with tiaras and ball gowns, lapping up the attention of my would be suitors, all the while keeping my heart locked until he who has the key that fits comes to rescue me from my gilded cage.
