This spirit has been following me for several years now.
It has stayed with me everytime i move house (appox 5 times) and has been know to appear during holidays of more than 3 days could it be just one spirit or several? tho i get the same feeling of comfort everytime i feel it presence and also should i worry about it? can anyone help i don't really know much on this subject any info would help greatly
I should also mention my father and all my grandperants have died

It could be just your guardian angel.. For if it was evil you would have known that right away.. Also there are spirit that do attach themselves to people for a multitude of reasons... So from what you tell me that maybe the case, again it is causing you no harm and it also seems to warn you away from danger so at this time there is nothing for you to worry about.... I have had a lot of experiences with this particular kind of phenomena, and as I get older and some distance from the experience's I realize that the more obsessed I got with the experience the more my own mental health came in question. It made it difficult in retrospect to carry on a normal relationships with the living. The more I focused on the experience the more of them I had to the point other experience these events also. as soon as I tried to avoid being affected by what was happening, the experiences stopped. I doubt that helps, but I know that what you are experiencing is real. just try not to let it consume you. It leads to a strange dark path that can be difficult to pull out. the reality is that there are not any such issues as "ghosts". I don't believe that they will hurt you exspecially seeing how you feel comfort. Have the holidays been hard for you in the past? If so then that might be why they visit you to give you peace during this time. If it does bother you , you could tell them that you are fine with where you are at and don't need their help any longer , to please leave that you are not reciveing commfort by their presents.

If you get a feeling of comfort from it--and it's not getting in the way of you having an otherwise "normal" life--then more power to you! Sounds like something wants to make sure you're all right.

Is the spirit your guardian angel or just a spirit who wants to feed on your energy? You can go to this website AskClaudia.com . I had several readings from her. She seems to be a geniune honest spiritual person. If it's a bad spirit, she'll be able to remove it from you.

You haven't seen the spirit you only feel it according to your letter.
Normally when one feels the spirit it can be a warning; Otherwise, it would make its'presence known as the spirit that visited me did. read my 360 on the bottom left called the "The Fog".
