Hi,

It's really good for digestion and for nausea. I usually drink it if I'm nauseated, and it settles my stomach right down. The warmth combined with the mint is really soothing. I also like to drink it just because it's not caffeinated.

My mom told me that my grandpa used to drink iced mint tea while he was working in the fields, because it was both refreshing and rehydrating.

peppermint tea is cooling. also as has been mention it's a good digestive aid. also make you pee alot so flushes toxins. i go through pounds of it. so flavorfull there is no need for sweetener.
