As for President Bush being Insane... that would be a DIAGNOSIS coming from a DOCTOR. This is not something that the Congress is able to bring formal charges against.

To add to that - for EVERY DOCTOR that claims someone is INSANE there is another one in line to claim their are perfectly lucid!

Therefore, the argument of Insanity is very difficult to not only indict someone on, but to prove is nearly impossible.

To make matters worse - being Impeached is the only major "Check and Balance" that the Congress - The House makes the Claim and the Senate has the hearing/ trial) in to remove a sitting President. Being legally or clinically insane is not going to cause for an Impeachment - especially since this is considered a MEDICAL CONDITION.

The President can not be impeached based on a medical condition - Click on the link below for all of the ways that one can be impeached - and an explanation of the process!

Finally... there have been 2 presidents actually Impeached (Andrew Jackson and William Clinton - NIXON was NOT Impeached - he resigned office before formal charges could be brought)... Even though there are crimes that presidents have been believed to have committed... actually going through the process is so difficult, that actually becoming impeached AND being found guilty (which is a completely other issue - 2/3 of the Senate must agree) is all but impossible... especially in today's times!

Therefore, although I understand being frustrated against some decisions you may not understand - at this point, President Bush is not going to be Impeached and removed from office!!!

Look at the LINKS BELOW - to show the CHECKS AND BALANCES each branch has over the others

Your utter and total lack of knowledge of the American legal system is showing, skippy, not to mention your own...well, I won't say it.

Congress does not have the power to judge a President insane; only a medical doctor can do that. And, by the way, the President has a thorough physical examination every year which includes a psychological exam. The only way Congress can remove a President is to impeach him FOR HAVING COMMITTED A CRIME, then find him guilty in a trial in the Congress. After that's done, he's out.

Since Bush is not insane and has not committed a crime, I'd say it's time for you to find a new hobby.

Impeachment is the most legal way of removing a President but there must be evidence and the Congress must vote for a removal.
