Unlikely. You have 2 options. There is the type you see in movies - getaway car, masks, guns, etc. And there is the type that usually happens - an unmasked, single person (typically male), walks in, waits patiently in line for the next available teller, slides her a note or quietly tells herto give him the money in her drawer, she complies, and he gets away with maybe $4000.
Either way is risky and flawed. If you walk into a bank with a mask on, everyone in there will immediately know what's going on. If you don't displa a gun, a teller will trip the alarm. If you do display the gun, no one will trip the alarm, but you have now made it a violent situation that can (and usually does) very easily get out of hand. If the alarm is tripped, the cops will be there before you can even get control of the people. Sure, you can threaten to shoot people, but if you do, you've taken it from robbery to murder.
And if you walk in without a mask, no one but the teler will know what your intentions are and she won't trip the alarm until you are gone, but you're face is all over the cameras, and you're going to get away with a whopping $4000 or less.

Get a job at the bank, earn their trust, observe whoever has the key's actions, and devise a plan from there.
