Well personally I like both of them for their different personalities. Greg appears not to be as old as Nick and seems to have a fresher/more naive perspective of things. Where Nick has been around the block a few times. And I know that Nick has been working the actual crime scenes longer than Greg and it shows. While Greg seems more comfortable in the lab. But I am sure that this will change the longer he works at the actual crime scenes.
But in answer to your question I like both of them equally but for different reasons!

In the beginning I thought Greg was kind of a weeny but lately he seems to have grown some kahoonas if you know what I mean. I like it. I find him more atractive then Nick, although nick isn't that bad. Nick is all man but he seems kind of moody, unable to read as well. I like a mystery but I think I'll have to say Greg.

Greg, at least, I liked old, nerdy Greg. I'm not as big of a fan now that they have made him a pretty boy.
Nick is too full of himself for my taste.

Greg! I love him. Though I prefer the old, funny Greg, I like the new one too. So sexy and smart.
But don't get me wrong I like them all. I love their personalities.
