For those girls in africa they dont have a choice they get raped and thats how a lot of them get it so there has to be a better solution than " wait until marriage" for them. Another thing is i know someone who knows of a guy who is sleeping aroudn and he has HIV. the indiviudual happens to be gay and is having sex every week with someoen from the gay bar and not telling them he has it, so i think there should be some kinda system where you can report these types of situations and have an intervention. And because of ppl like him and the rapes and etc.. in other cultures maybe the only real way to get rid of aids is a vaccine.

Stop having promiscuis sex, Chose one person and stay with them as God intended.Secondly stop using IV drugs and blood transfusions although in the western world it gets screened well accidents still can happen.Now many doctors use blood exspanders to prevent the need for blood in certain cases.Im scared by the fact that people still just hookup or in many cases go cruising for sex and think a condom is the answer.Yes it does help but aids is still spreading like crazy and its a tragedy as many who get it had real futures ahead of them.Now with drugs many people can live possibly 30 years or more but it doesnt mean they dont suffer and constantly fight it.There still is no real cure for aids so people need to reduce the people they are with that would help alot .
