How do II convert fla. or swf. files into mpeg format?

I use Adobe Flash and my friends wish to view my creations on their iPods.
An actual converting program would also be very helpful.

With a program called win avi. try downloading from limewire.co m if you don't have limewire.Go to limewire.com and download the basic its free and try there in the programs search.

Try Riva FLV encoder. It worked very well for me!
