The body would become exhausted during the week and give out by the end of the week. The muscles would get over tired and considering the heart is a muscle it could give out and that would mean you die.

you are going to get sick more often, and eventually you will pass out get some sleep, it is harmful to your health and can kill you

you would probably be dilusional and feel very fatigued. your perception might be off, and you probably won't think properly. this is not good for your health either. i don't advise it.
