Refer to the website I provided, it should tell you pretty much what to do. I used this website to help me conceive my first child, and it worked. It said I was ovulating on jan 25-jan 30(2004). We tried on Jan 28, and 4 weeks later I found out I was pregant. I hope everything works out!

the days of being fertile are the same as the days you ovulate. you can try an ovulation predicter test. they will give you a heads up if you are about to ovulate. for most women, these tests to not work for all women. usually if you are ovulating and have a regular cycle and healthy, you will be fertile 10-16 days after the first day of your cycle. it will depend on when you ovulate during your cycle.

best to have sex as close to ovulation as possible. This increases the chance of sperm being present when the egg is present. To increase the odds of conceiving you should use a ovualtion calculator (plenty on the web like http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/).
Have sex three times a week.
Having regular sex is the best way to get pregnant. Couples often try to time everything perfectly for ovulation but do not have sex when they think they are not ovulating. It is true that sex that is not within the time of ovulation will not result in pregnancy. However, because women do not always ovulate when they think they will, having sex three times a week will help to a woman cover her bases, so to speak, and not miss an opportunity to get pregnant.
Have sex before ovulation (not after).
Sometimes couples get confused about the best time to have sex in relationship to ovulation. You have a small window of time each month to get pregnant. After a woman ovulates the egg will survive approximately 24 hours. Sperm, on the other hand, will live for up to three to five days. This is why having sex two to three days before ovulation will increase your chances of getting pregnant. Don’t wait until the day you ovulate to have sex. Your partner’s sperm will last longer than your egg and you don’t want to miss an opportunity by waiting.

It is best to start during the fertile days because the sperm can live inside of you for 72 hours, that way they are ready to penetrate on ovulation day.

Sometimes having sex triggers the fertile time.
With all that happens in a woman's body, there is really no way to be exactly sure when it's safe.
