I would suggest searching online for suppliers in Europe and Asia where a bathtub this size might be a more common item due to space restraints in many residences in Europe / Asia.
Europe offers lots of products designed for small spaces.

I also work with plants, design and consultation, and , yes, sweat equity! Their is a neat little bath that I saw advertised in a garden mag that was a walk-in tub, and also a shower stall. It looked very inviting! I don't know the cost but It looked to fit in a typical shower corner. I believe you could find it in any horticulture or Gardener mag. I think it was 'premier'? not for definite. Hope this helps

Hey dude, anyone smart enough to work as a horticulturalist is smart enough to build his own shower/tub. Buy two pieces of Plexiglas and gorilla glue it inside the shower. Seal the edges with silicone.

Talk to a contractor. Can you remodel your shower? Extend the sides up. I saw one like that in Maui Hawaii. It was a tub/shower combination with tiled floor and wall. The lowest wall (side you enter) was about knee height. They didn't have the normal cast iron, plastic or steel tub that is why it caught my eye.
The contractor will need to know that there needs to be a tray that extends up farther to protect the walls from water damage should the caulking fail.

A bath this size can only be made by special order which is very expensive. However, there is a bath for disabled people which is about this size, it is a sit in one, so I would advise to make enquiries to shops that sell for diabled equipment.

cece, I'll give you a couple of suggestions, try the CO-OPs, they are farm stores and carry all sizes of large bathing tanks for animals & watering made of galvanized and rubber and fiberglass; too you can go to the restaurant supply houses and look for mop sinks, they are about that size and made from s/s.
I have had cafes and live on a mini farm and at this moment I use a 2' deep fiberglass tub 30" w and 4'L, works greats for my bernese mtn dogs.
get creative, its out there

The best place to find a shower this size would be at a camper dealer. You can also look at Camping World.
