Mosquito free? No. But there is a natural bacteria available, Bacillus israelensis or something, that destroys their larvae in standing water. It comes in the form of granules, or in the form of donut-shaped "dunks". They will not hurt humans, birds, nor pets, just mosquito larvae. The ideal natural pesticide. Put them in all standing water areas of your yard. Always keep your gutters free of leaves so the water can escape. A lot of mosquitoes breed in clogged gutters.

They like and breed around standing water. but minnows eat there larva (baby mosquito's) or you can get the citronella torches

make sure thes no open containers with water in them and theres a powder you can spread over your soil also to slow the pest down,never can rid them all
