Of course Stewie is gay.
Didn't you see the one where the older brother ran away from home because he didn't want to go to school because people were picking on him or something? He ran away to an island where he was just about to marry the chiefs 12 year old daughter when the family came to bring him home and there was Stewie running the video camera shooting only the natives boys and talking about their sinewy muscles etc. And Brian says something like , "you're so gay."
It was freakin' hilarious.
I think the show is funny.
The other story line that is hilarious is any of them with the old neighbor man from next door or across the street that is in love with the older boy. And he turns out to be this ancient transvestite. OMG it's a scream.
I can't believe how far they take to jokes with "giggedy, giggedy, giggedy", guy.
Go to the video store and rent the season collections for all the years you can get. Get your friends together and laugh all night long.

Stewie is not gay. he is a very strange baby that has problems. he tried to make out with a teenager who was like 12 years older than him. i know for sure that stewie is not gay.
