As you can see, most people don't seem to know how to read questions to know how to answer them properly. The mmf one is easy, just find another guy interested in your woman. If your woman is interested you are all set, if you need to be persuasive, you can look in search engines for legal hallusciogens shops on the net, to losen her up a bit. A mff one, I guess you'd have to losen both women up a bit, lol. After 5 years of them, let me tell you, they are 10 times better than fantasizing them. Most that claim they are bad never even had them, or really never wanted them before having them. Threesomes, foursomes, or anything is like the most primitive yet fantastic experience ever.

First off, make SURE you're both comfortable with it. I was in a threesome once where the woman wasn't comfortable, and it was terrible.

Generally, folks first arrange to meet somewhere neutral--NOT at someone's home--to make sure that they like each other.
