If you already decided you're getting a Palm TX, you have no choice - it only comes with Palm OS, and you can't put Windows Mobile onto it.
But personally, I like Palm OS a lot better anyway. It's a lot less clunky.

Palm Os is the best choice in case of handleds and Palm TX is definately a good one, i have or should i say had one too(it gt stolen). But it was really the best pda i have ever used.

Agree with Mass but I do prefer Palm based, it feels way better like what a PDA suppose is while Windows Mobile feels like a miniature weak computer with all the trappings of operating a computer.

Depends on your motive and use. Window will allow you to transfer files seamlessly with windows products as oppose to palm which has its proprietor products.
I preferred the windows applications myself because I can transfer my outlook addresses and microsoft word files without a problem.
