3x >= 2x - 4
x >= -4
Draw a vertical line through x = -4. Then everytin on that line and to the right of the line saisties the inequality.

7(x - 3) > 5x - 14
7x-21 > 5x-14
2x > 7
x> 7/2
Draw a vertical dashed line through x = 7/2. Then everything to the right of the line satisfies the inequality. The dashed line means that points lieing on it do NOT satisfy the inequality.
