every time i talk to him why does he sound so abuse and lound.every time he thinks hes right what should i say or do/

If he is being loud and abusive ignore him when he calls, just hang up. I would say he is upset about your break-up and can't handle the fact that you two are no longer together. As far as thinking he is always right, that is one many bad traits in some men. Some never think they are wrong about anything. Just ignore that also. There is obviously a reason why he is your Ex, just think about that next time he is abusive towards you. Good luck

He is your EX... those two letters are proof you don't have to put up with his abuse or yelling for one second.
I like the whole "click... hang up" thing mentioned above.
The other suggestion when you are face to face would be to role your eyes and ask him " Are you finished? I have a date..."

Why not do as my grand daughter does when some one is mean towards her. look them in the eyes,cocks her head to the side, and say in a sweet little voice,"God forgive you".LOL, She can get the meanest person in the world to become speechless with her look and those words.

Men can be real jerks, the best thing you can do is STAY CALM!!! Don't yell back. When he gets excited...even if he is verbally abusing you...don't let him know you are getting upset. It works!
