I am looking for more movies filmed in Turin, especially Dario Argento movies. I've seen Cat o' Nine Tails (which I believed was filmed in part in Turin), Profondo Rosso and Do You Like Hitchcock (which was nice to see as I used to live in Crocetta!). Are there more? Also, what is the name of the film about the people who work at the Mole Antonelliana / Cinema Museum at night?

The latest you mention should be "Dopo Mezzanotte" by Davide Ferrario; you can also add "Non Ho Sonno" by Dario Argento.
You can find more movies filmed in Turin here http://www.extratorino.it/ITA/scheda.php?ID=682&categoriaID=55
(it's in Italian, but you can clearly identify movies titles)

Agreed that Profondo Rosso is most striking because of the use of Piazza CLN and the Villa Scott. Also notice that Il Gatto a nove code features a car chase that begins in Rome and ends in Turin! Check all of his films' locations on IMDB and you'll see that almost every one shot and set in Rome also uses Turin in some of its scenes.
