Bindi Irwin is an eight year old girl who lost her father in a tragic accident. I am so sorry for this young girl, but I think it she is over-reacting a bit much. I know she did lose her father who was adored by millions world-wide, but the grieving is above and beyond in my opinion. What are your thoughts?

I tried not to sound rude. I now I will try again. She does laugh and be happy, but everybody feels bad for her! I mean, I am pretty sure she got over her father's death, but I feel bad that everyone is making her remember.

My thoughts are that people aren't over-reacting or over-exaggerating. I'm so sad for her. Steve seemed like a great dad. I don't know anyone who wouldn't miss him. Your details were nice, although your actual question and its previous details weren't. I feel horrible for her. He's watching over her and she's getting better day by day. Her mom's with her and helping. The support from everyone is unbelievable. I'm so sad for them but happy that they're getting better.

all that smiling face maybe just a front for the audience so they will hopefully will think about what she is trying to accomplish now instead of her private little sadness when the cameras aren't going. i don't think that young lady will get over her father any time soon.

I think that every child is different and handles death differently. You don't know this child so I wouldn't assume. They are very wealthy and I am sure she and her family have consulted professional help for greives.

How can you judge an 8 year old about grief? We don't know how she feels. Thank god I didn't lose my father at that age.
