I just find it odd that a baby cries when you clean their nose. I am talking about when it's done and their is no pain involved.

The tissue is large and strange and because it is someone else cleaning their nose, they can't tell you to do it more gently or it hurts or I don't like that so they fuss. Same with wiping the face off or under the chin, it can tickle too.

I think its because people are rough when they clean their faces. Babies are really sensitive around their face so wipe softly and don't be so aggressive.

lol. I have had the same results with all three of my daughters ! I still have one that's a baby and she's the same way! They flat out just don't like it!lol.

I don't know! My 9 month old yells everytime I wipe it and I do it gently!!

I know my son hates it too!!! Babies don't know how to breathe thru their mouths yet I think they freak!!.... and we are always suctioning them too they just know its coming and cry lol!!

when you come at an infant with a tissue- you should consider how big that tissue looks to the kid-- you are invading their space and coming at them fast...
