Well first off I'm 15 (turning 16) and now boys are way TOO MUCH trouble than they are worth BUT if you want to get his attention like see what he has in common with you try talking to him ask him out like not on a real date just to hang out have fun then get to know him and make your move from there.

Listn i was a 13 year old boy once they are not that compicated as a matter of fact they are complete idiots. And probably afraid to talk to girls they they realy like, of course i wasn't that way, but i'm jus saying. Well the way you wanna get at him is not show him your stuff lyk dat other idiot said its flirt wit mess wit him. Make him think that u like him. Don't be shy guys don't it like it when girls who are afraid to talk to em. And lastly, just make sure you ain't ugly, cuz God don't like ugly and neither do guys

Well I would first tell him what kind of girls he likes then I would say if he describes you then say well your explaning me. So if he says ya, yes, your right, or sure yes! You got him say do you want to be my boyfriend? If he says yes then plan something fast like a date or first kiss stuff like that but don't rush!~!~!~!~!~~*~~
