It isn't you! The morals and values that made America great-freedom of religion, hard work, and selflessness-are being utterly destroyed by the Media, the ACLU, Hollywood, and many others! This country will collapse just like Rome did if we keep this up!! Of course, this is all a mere fulfillment of what Matthew 24 said, but its scary nonetheless! I don't know what "slutty clothes" you are talking about, but I more than know what you are talking about what with America's morals and standards going down the drain!!

I think the standards have gone down since America first became a nation. Throughout the world though, objectional behaviors have been going on for quite a while. I agree very much about the loss of a family structure. I think this came about when different people started demanding more rights. *I do believe everyone is equal and should have equal rights* I just think that once the rights were given, people were not sure how to act with their new found freedom and went kind of wild.

Generalizations again - you are aware that this was said in 300BC in Greece, just has it has been said in EVERY culture, every century, every generation since?
Actually, premarital sex is down, the cigarette ads are also down- in many places, you can't even smoke in public anymore, slutty clothes- hell, just 50 years ago, women wearing pants was blasphemy.
People are still greatful, kind, polite and thoughtful.There are many kind, caring, moral, upstanding people all over the place. But if you focus only on the exceptions to the rule, in time, you can convince yourself they ARE the rule.
The morals haven't changed - we've just gotten older and some of our perceptins have changed. You have to be wary of that.

NO, IT'S NOT JUST YOU. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD OR NOT. I DO. AMERICANS HAVE PUT GOD ON THE BACK BURNER OF THEIR LIVES. WHEN WE FAIL TO LIVE A LIFE THAT IS PLEASING TO GOD, WE ALLOW THE DEVIL TO TAKE CONTROL AND MAKE THINGS LOOK BETTER TO US THAN THEY REALLY ARE. RESPECT AND MORALITY ARE JUST WORDS TO MANY. THEY FAIL TO LOOK FOR ANSWERS IN WAYS AND PLACES THAT COULD HELP. TV, RADIO, ADS, VIDEOS PLAY A BIG PART IN THE WAY PEOPLE LOOK AND THINK ABOUT THEIR LIVES.

I'll tell ya why....we are nearing the End of Time when God says morals decline. Mothers hate there children, gays getting married, using foul language on prime time...whats next ???

I think we have lost our sense of god, we are feeling lost and those things give us a sense of exceptance, a false comfort. Yes oue standards are going down hill, but noe everyones .
