Wow, Naughtyann. That's quite a vivid imagination you've got there. Army/Navy is football, dear. It's a game. Sunshine is not hoping that the military defeats itself. Do watch what you say before concluding what is actually meant. Asking is always an option.

I'd have to say Cosmo G. Spacely, from the Jetsons. I've had other types, but his are always such a blast (insert sarcasm here). Also, Mel Blanc is simply awesome.

Al Borland from Home Improvement, and for the person that made the remarks about Go Navy, Beat Army, that is a reference to the annual football game between the Naval Academy and West Point. Even I got that.
