First of all it will have to be authenticated. The 1943/2-P nickel has never been a hot item, or a must have. It just has not caught on like say the 1942/1 Mercury dime. I can find, no dealer buy price for it. It does list for $75.00 in grade very fine,$100.00 in extra fine and between $275.00-$350.00 in mint state grades. These are retails, so you would get less. I can find no values in lower grades. I get the impression that it is a much overlooked coin, by the coin collecting public. Maybe some day some one will notice it. I have noticed nickels going up so more people must have started to collect them, maybe due to the 2004-2005 commemorative nickels that came out.

Depending on condition from Fine to Uncirculated, the coin is worth from $50-250. Have it appraise by a coin dealer in your area.
