The product called Head On (which you apply directly to the forehead), what is it for exactly? The website is not very helpful.

It's supposed to be a cure for headaches. There is also a product called ActiveOn which is made by the same company and is supposed to cure joint and muscle aches.

I'm not really sure, but I would imagine Head on is for headaches, or pains on or around the head.
