Can someone explain to me how President Bush can make all of the decisions regarding the war in Iraq. I thought someone had to go through congress to get approval for war or additional troops Also doesn't he have military advisiors. I never hear about them. Do anyone know who they are.

Congress already approved the war.......as the Commander in Chief ( Big General) he can dispatch as many troops to wherever he sees the need., anytime......

Of course he has Military Advisors....why do you think troops are going??? The troops are needed by the Generals in country

we are already at war with Iraq congress gave him the main suitable back in 2003. The president won't be able to declare war yet he can deliver troops everywhere he needs to he's the commander of the militia the only component congress can do is decrease off investment.

War powers Act. As President in war he can do just about anything he wants as long as he has the funds to do it.
