Like any other industry there times when an employee must be let go. Untied, if you will.
Perhaps he didn't measure up to the standards. Maybe he would come to work to soon. Or too late.
She may not have been receptive enough for the task at hand. Perhaps she was not up to the oral requirements.
It's just business.

yes actually they do, the producers gotta have fresh faces all the time, very few last more than 2 or 3 films
