i got in troblem and i cant get on the phone what can i do instead

You can Skype. That is talk over the Internet through your computer. Computer to computer is free. Computer to phone is cheap, even international calls. You need a headset to do this which is available in most computer stores or Wal-Marts.
What was suggested by another, read a book. Reading can be lots of fun if you give it a chance.
Or go out and do something. Volunteer to help at a library or soup kitchen.
