Everyone does. If you don't you have a serious anti-social personality disorder. If you didn't, why bathe and dress? Even the dirtiest biker gang member is aware of image. People are social animals whether we admit it or not. Very few people choose to live with no human contact, and they're damaged in some way.

I do not care what people think about me I care what I think about me. I know I am a good kind person who is always willing to help anyone at anytime. I have to live with me. So you have to love and care for you and that will reflect how others feel about you

well thanks to the backstabbers, I don't have many people like me but who cares. I don't live my life in the open so there is no way to show the truth to many people.
