Does anyone know the web-site where I can e-mail them my address change? I've moved to a different address 6 months ago, and still haven't recieved my cheques.

If you want to change your address online, you must first sign up for an epass so that you can access "my account" on the cra website.

Unfortunately, it takes a while after you register for them to send your epass password through the mail. Alternatively, you could call CRA at 1-800-959-8281 and they will be able to change your address for you. They may ask you a couple of questions like your SIN and your net income from last year to verify your identity (so have it handy), but it is a pretty quick and easy process. Besides, since you didn't have your mail forwarded at the post office when you moved, you will likely want to talk to someone at CRA anyway so that you can get those GST cheques reissued. =)
